How many crates do I need?
- A rough guide: studio 20, one bedroom 30, two bedrooms 45, three bedrooms 65, four bedrooms 85. Pick the package for your home and add single crates at checkout if you have a lot of books or kitchen items.
How big are the crates?
- Each crate is about 27 by 17 by 13 inches, with an attached lid. One holds about as much as two medium boxes and they stack five high on a dolly.
How long can I keep them?
- Packages rent by the week, with a one-week minimum. Two weeks or more gets a lower weekly price. Extend before your pickup date if you need more time.
Do you deliver and pick up?
- Yes. We drop the crates off at your current home and pick them up from your new one. The delivery fee depends on your ZIP code and is shown before you reserve.
Are the crates clean?
- Every crate is washed and sanitized between moves, inside and out.
Can I add single crates?
- Yes. Add as many single crates as you need at checkout, along with an extra dolly or a labels and zip ties kit.
What if I need to cancel?
- Our cancellation policy is shown at checkout and on our cancellation policy page.
