Pricing questions
- Do I need a card to start the trial?
- No. Pick a plan and use it free for 14 days. You can switch plans as often as you like during the trial, and subscribing early doesn't shorten it.
- Do you charge per user?
- No. Start includes 1 login, Intermediate 3 and Premier unlimited. Extra logins are $10/month each.
- Do you take a cut of my rentals?
- No. Rental payments go straight to your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its standard card-processing fees on your account; LendingCloset adds no commission or per-booking fee.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, any time from Settings → Subscription. Changes are prorated. Your website stays the same: the plan only decides what your Reserve button can do.
- What happens if my trial ends and I haven't subscribed?
- Your dashboard goes read-only for 7 days: you can still sign in, view everything and export your data, but new reservations are paused. Subscribing at any point restores full access.
- Is there a discount for paying yearly?
- Yes. Yearly plans cost 10 months' worth: 2 months free.
