Frequently asked questions

Can you deliver to our hotel or vacation rental?

Yes. We deliver to hotels, vacation rentals and family homes across our service area, and pick up when you leave. The delivery fee is shown at checkout.

How is the gear cleaned?

Every item is cleaned between rentals, and fabric parts and crib sheets are washed. Each item is checked before it goes out.

Will you install the car seat?

No. You install the seat yourself so it is fitted correctly in your vehicle. We include the manual and can show you the steps.

Are the car seats expired or recalled?

No. We track each seat’s expiration date and check recall notices, and retire any seat that has been in a crash.

Can I add items after I book?

Yes. Reply to your confirmation email or call us, and we will add items if they are available for your dates.

What if our flight is delayed?

Let us know and we will move your delivery window. There is no charge for rescheduling on the same day.
