Rental agreement

The rental

• This agreement is between Little Traveler Baby Gear ("we", "us") and the person making the reservation ("you"). It covers the baby and travel gear listed on your reservation for the rental dates shown there.
• Your reservation confirmation lists the items, dates, times, pickup or delivery details, price, deposit and any add-ons. It is part of this agreement.

Pickup, delivery and return

• Rentals start and end at the times on your reservation. If you need more time, ask before your return time; we'll extend it when the items are free, at the rates shown at checkout.
• Late returns without an extension may be charged for the extra days at your rental rate.

Care and condition

• Use the items safely, only for their intended purpose, and return them clean and in the condition you received them, allowing for normal wear.
• Report any damage, fault or accident to us as soon as possible. Do not keep using an item that seems unsafe.

Car seats

• You are responsible for installing a car seat correctly in your vehicle, following the seat's manual and your vehicle's manual. We can show you how, but the final installation is yours.
• Every car seat we rent is within its manufacturer expiration date and has no crash history. If a seat is in a vehicle crash during your rental, stop using it and tell us.

Supervision

• Follow each item's age, height and weight limits. Never leave a child unattended in a stroller, high chair, play yard or crib.
• Use only the mattress and fitted sheet supplied with a crib or play yard. Do not add pillows, bumpers or extra padding.

Damage, loss and deposits

• You are responsible for loss, theft and damage beyond normal wear while the items are in your care, up to their repair or replacement cost.
• Any refundable deposit or optional damage protection is shown at checkout. We release the deposit after the items come back in good condition, minus any charges described here.

Cancellations

• Our cancellation policy is shown when you reserve and in your confirmation email, and it is part of this agreement.

Risk and responsibility

• You accept the ordinary risks of using rental equipment. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by misuse, by not following instructions, or by events outside our control. Nothing in this agreement limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
