About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and our online reservations. They are between you and Trailhead Bike Rentals LLC ("Trailhead Bike Rentals", "we", "us"). By using the site or making a reservation you agree to them.

Reservations

A reservation is a request until we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel a reservation, for example if an item becomes unavailable, the details are incomplete, or the delivery address is outside our service area. If we cancel a confirmed reservation, we refund anything you paid for it.

Your rental is governed by the rental agreement you review and sign before your rental starts, which you can read here. It covers care of the equipment, returns, damage, deposits and cancellations. If it conflicts with these terms, the rental agreement applies to your rental.

Prices and payment

Prices, delivery fees, deposits and add-ons are shown before you reserve. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before charging a corrected price. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver within our service area in the time you choose. Someone needs to be available at the address, or you need to tell us where to leave the items. Delays caused by weather, traffic or safety are not a breach of these terms, and we will contact you about a new time.

Using this website

Use the site lawfully and only to learn about and reserve rentals. Don't try to disrupt it, access other people's reservations, or copy its content for commercial use. Reviews and messages you send must be honest and must not include anyone else's private information.

Our content

The text, photos and logos on this site belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. Photo credits are listed at the bottom of each page that uses them.

Other services

Reservations and payments run on third-party services (our booking software provider and payment processor). Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to the parts they handle.

Limits on our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; reservations made before a change keep the terms that applied when you booked.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where we operate (MO), without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
