Do you deliver and set up?
- Yes. We deliver across our service area. Bounce houses and frame tents are always set up and taken down by our crew; add setup and takedown at checkout for tables, chairs and canopies.
How far ahead should I book?
- Two to four weeks for most parties, and earlier for graduation and holiday weekends, when tents and bounce houses book up first.
What if it rains?
- Call us as soon as you can. Bounce houses can’t be used in rain or strong wind, and we will talk through moving your date or changing your order.
Is a bounce house safe for my yard?
- It needs flat ground, room around it and a nearby outdoor outlet. We check the spot at delivery, stake it down and show an adult how it works. An adult needs to watch the kids the whole time.
Are the rentals clean?
- Every bounce house, table and chair is cleaned after every party, and bounce houses are sanitized too.
Can I add tablecloths or chair covers?
- Yes. Add tablecloths, chair covers, extension cords and setup at checkout.
