Rental agreement

The rental

• This agreement is between Confetti Lane Party Rentals ("we", "us") and the person making the reservation ("you"). It covers the party and event rentals listed on your reservation for the rental dates shown there.
• Your reservation confirmation lists the items, dates, times, pickup or delivery details, price, deposit and any add-ons. It is part of this agreement.

Pickup, delivery and return

• Rentals start and end at the times on your reservation. If you need more time, ask before your return time; we'll extend it when the items are free, at the rates shown at checkout.
• Late returns without an extension may be charged for the extra days at your rental rate.

Care and condition

• Use the items safely, only for their intended purpose, and return them clean and in the condition you received them, allowing for normal wear.
• Report any damage, fault or accident to us as soon as possible. Do not keep using an item that seems unsafe.

Your site

• Bounce houses and tents need flat, clear ground, room on every side, and an outdoor outlet within 50 feet (bounce houses). Tell us about slopes, sprinklers, overhead lines and underground utilities before delivery. Our crew may decline to set up on a site that isn't safe.
• Frame tents and bounce houses are set up and taken down by our crew only. Do not move, unstake or take them down yourself.

Weather and supervision

• Stop using bounce houses in rain or strong wind and have everyone get out. Follow the posted rider limits, keep shoes, sharp objects, food and drinks out, and make sure an adult watches the riders the whole time.
• In storms or strong wind, leave the tent. Call us if you are unsure whether conditions are safe.

Damage, loss and deposits

• You are responsible for loss, theft and damage beyond normal wear while the items are in your care, up to their repair or replacement cost.
• Any refundable deposit or optional damage protection is shown at checkout. We release the deposit after the items come back in good condition, minus any charges described here.

Cancellations

• Our cancellation policy is shown when you reserve and in your confirmation email, and it is part of this agreement.

Risk and responsibility

• You accept the ordinary risks of using rental equipment. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by misuse, by not following instructions, or by events outside our control. Nothing in this agreement limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
